Issue:
Private road that crosses the river with a small metal culvert. Man-made pond in the middle of a field about 10 m upstream from the road. Pond used to fish trout.
Action Required:
Landowner education on the importance of maintaining an adequate buffer zone on his property and the effects of a man-made pond on water quality.
