Issue:
Cottage on riverfront with a clearing of lawn along the bank. Access trail to the river. The stream banks are moderately eroded.
Action Required:
Landowner education on the importance of maintaining an adequate buffer zone on his property. Restore the buffer zone by planting shrubs or by letting nature take its course by leaving a strip of untouched vegetation along the stream.
