Camp on waterfront with a small man-made rock dam in front. Moderate erosion on the stream banks. Lots of shrubs and trees in the buffer zone.

Landowner education on the importance of maintaining an adequate buffer zone on his property and on the effects of man-made dams on a watercourse.
