Issue:
Big culvert/bridge that is used to cross highway 11. Cement deflectors inside the bridge and metal deflectors downstream to control the flow. Rip-rap rocks on left bank. Small fishing pond downstream from the bridge. Tall grass and shrubs around the culvert and on the left bank.
Action Required:
The stream banks around the culvert should be stabilized in order to reduce sedimentation in the river.
