Issue:
Big metal culvert (G530) on Lugar road. Lots of dense vegetation around the culvert and along the road. Many rocks on the banks of the culvert. ATV trail that gives access to the brook downstream from the culvert. Farm on the left bank upstream from the culvert (far from river).
