Issue:
Railroad bridge crossing over Grants brook. ATV trail crossing into the brook downstream from the bridge. Lots of metal debris from the railroad in the brook and other litter on the stream banks.
Action Required:
Clean up the site by removing the metal debris. The approach to a ford can be stabilized using clean crushed rock on top of a geotextile.

Update:
The metal debris was cleaned and CN contacted and informed of the problem. The approaches of the ford are always present, rip rap to protect and stabilize the banks is recommended.
