Issue:
Big culvert on highway 11 with a cement foundation and some cement deflectors inside and downstream from the culvert. Trail downstream from the culvert gives access to the brook on the left bank. Fire pit area and litter on the left bank. Deep pool downstream from the culvert. The deflector at the end of the pool is blocked by a man-made rock dam.
Action Required:
Clean up the site by removing the garbage and the man-made rock dam. Promote site cleanliness with appropriate signs.
