Issue:
This section of the stream runs through a culvert underneath the “rue de la mer” in Petit-Rocher. The culvert is in pretty bad shape and might collapse under the weight of the road. Further more, the bank along the river has been stripped of all vegetation.
Action Required:
A monitoring of the bridge is necessary and planting trees and shrubs along the river bank would increase the health of the buffer zone.
