Issue:
Recently renovated forestry road (by mining company) that crosses the brook with two plastic culverts (2 x 90 cm). Loads of gravel and dirt spread out on the road. Future mine site in the area.
Action Required:
A follow-up is required to monitor the effects of the new mine on the river. The stream banks should be stabilized in order to slow down erosion and reduce sedimentation in the river.
